First time clients: All sessions are personalised, focused hours hence new clients without referral require an initial conversation before booking an appointment. This is simply to better understand your goals and intentions for our work, and see if you and I are a good fit. When you contact me please describe in a few sentences what you want us to focus on.
Cancellation: Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice prior to our appointment, or no show, will result in a 100% charge. Cancellations will not be refunded or transferred to other services. Late arrivals may be refused (out of respect for other participants or subsequent appointments).
