Meditation Classes

As certified meditation teacher and after years of practice in India, I offer group meditation and individual 1:1 sessions – online live via Zoom, or in person. Begin or deepen your meditation practice.

Tailored Meditation Sessions, online or in person

1 hour Meditation:
• Pranayama (breathing exercises as preparation for the meditation)

• Stillness meditation (ca. 45 minutes, slightly guided)
• Conclusion (grounding)

or

2 hours Meditation Introduction:
• Introduction to key aspects of meditation
• Pranayama (breathing exercises as preparation for the meditation)
• Stillness meditation (ca. 45 minutes, slightly guided)
• Conclusion (grounding)

Focus:
• You are not only going to gain a better understanding of meditation, but also get anchored in your own experience of it;
• Broadening and refining of your perception and awareness through the regular meditation practice;
• Focus is on your own experience through meditation, not the intellectual study of meditation;

When: Sessions are timed and tailored to your specific needs and timezone
How much: fee upon request; you can book an introduction session, a single practice session (1 hour) or a course of 6 private sessions (to be taken within a timeframe of 7 weeks, each session is 1 hour).
