2 Day Meditation Introduction Course:

• Introduction to key aspects of Meditation
• Introduction to Pranayama
• How to deal with potential obstacles in your Meditation practice
Actual Meditation Practice that includes:
• Pranayama (breathing exercises as preparation for meditation)

• Stillness meditation (slightly guided)
• Conclusion (grounding)
